Quotations and orders

Product prices on this website are provided on a request-for-quotation basis. Any quotation we issue is valid for the period stated on it and does not constitute a binding contract until confirmed in writing by both parties and, where applicable, a purchase order or advance payment is received. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.

Product information

We make every effort to display product specifications and images as accurately as possible. Manufacturers may change specifications without notice, and colours or finishes may vary. We do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on the site are entirely accurate, complete or error-free.

Pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice and are confirmed only on a valid quotation. Prices may be affected by exchange rates, duties, taxes and freight applicable at the time of supply.

Warranty and service

Products are covered by the manufacturer’s (OEM) warranty. Touchscreens.com.pk acts as your authorised supplier and first point of contact for support, and coordinates warranty claims with the manufacturer. Full details are set out on our Warranty & service page.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no case shall Touchscreens.com.pk, our directors, employees or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential damages arising from your use of any products or of the Service.

Governing law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
